*रंगों में छुपा श्री कृष्ण का रहस्य*
रंग का एक अर्थ होता है युद्ध, रंग का एक अर्थ होता है उत्साह, और रंग का एक बड़ा भारी अर्थ होता है समाधि। रंग का एक अर्थ होता है प्रभाव।जैसे हम कहते हैं, किसी पर उसका रंग चढ़ गया है। जैसे किसी विकृत वस्तु के ऊपर चढ़ा हुआ रंग उसको विकृत करता है। अगर पहले से ही कोई रंग की छाप आपके कुर्ते पर है, तो उसे पर कोई रंग डालोगे तो तीसरा रंग चढ़ जाएगा। रंग का एक अर्थ होता है युद्ध। रंगों में पीत रंग ऊर्जावान है, और प्रसन्नता दायक है।
वार से भी रंग का संबंध है। पर जैसे योग में विभिन्न प्रकार के चक्र का भेदन होता है, प्रत्येक चक्र का भी एक रंग होता है। जिसके सारे चक्कर नियंत्रित हो वही चक्रधारी है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण की यह जो त्रिभंगललित मुद्रा हैस यह तीनों बंद है जो आप सुबह लगाते हैं। जो कमर टेढ़ी कर रखी है, वह मूल का बंद है। हर एक ऊपक्रम का एक स्वरूप है। आप जिस दृष्टि से देखना चाहें ,वहां से उसका सुख मिलेगा। रंग का एक वस्तु, क्रिया, चक्र के साथ उसका संबंध है। इसलिए भारतीय विज्ञान में वार के हिसाब से भी रंग का संबंध है। ठाकुर जी को कौन से वार को कौन सी पोशाक पहनानी है राधा रमण जी को सोमवार को, मंगलवार को, हर दिन, कौन सी पोशाक पहनानी है, गोपाल भट्ट जी गोस्वामी जी महाराज ने अलग-अलग रंगों के साथ आज्ञा की है। उसी के अनुसार राधा रमण जी धारण करते हैं। होली में जो राधा रमण जी की तस्वीर में विभिन्न रंग चढ़ रहे हैं, पुष्टिमार्ग के अनुसार एक-एक रंग एक-एक सखी का भी स्वरूप है। और प्रत्येक रंग का एक-एक स्वभाव है, जैसे हरे रंग का स्वरूप शांत है, नीले रंग का स्वरूप संतुलित परिवेश को प्रमाणित करता है। नीला रंग यानी संतुलित और infinite ।जब कोई चीज infinite हो जाती है, तो वह blue हो जाती है। कैसे आप बहु मात्रा में पानी को देखोगे, तो वह blue लगेगा, पर जब हाथ में उठाओगे तो कोई रंग नहीं होगा। जैसे हम समुद्र को देखते हैं, तो वह blue लगता है। पीत रंग ऊर्जावान है और प्रसन्नतादायक है। पीला रंग जोश भरता है। जैसे स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को याद करें तो भगत सिंह के समय पर रहते थे *मेरा रंग दे बसंती चोला* एक जोश आ जाता है मन में। और प्रसन्नता आ जाती है। जैसे ठाकुर जी बसंत अति पसंद करते हैं। शरद पूर्णिमा के समय ठाकुर जी को सब सफेद सफेद पहनाते हैं ,पर ठाकुर जी उस दिन पीला भी पहन सकते हैं। गोपियां और श्री जी तो सफेद वर्ण के धारण करते हैं। क्योंकि वह चंद्रिका के किरणों में चंद्रिका बनकर आ रही है। पर ठाकुर जी तो उसे दिन विशुद्ध पीतांबर धारी हैं। क्योंकि उनकी प्रसन्नता है। इस प्रकार लाल रंग अत्यंत गंभीरता का प्रतीक है। उसमें बड़ी गंभीरता होती है। इसीलिए हमारे यहां विवाह आदि में लाल रंग का महत्व है। सफेद रंग पवित्रता का, स्थिरता का स्वरूप है। सफेद रंग में स्वाभाविक रूप से पवित्रता होती है। सफेद रंग तो लग्जरी है। उसका अपना लक्षण है। केसरिया रंग वीरता का स्वरूप है, इसलिए हमारे यहां भगवा की प्रधानता इसलिए नहीं है, कि उसका कोई धर्म विशेष से संबंध है, बल्कि इसलिए वह शौर्यता का प्रतीक है ।वीरता छुपी रहती है। बल का प्रतीक है। इस प्रकार प्रत्येक रंग का अपना-अपना स्वरूप है ।इसी तरह *जब ठाकुर जी पर गुलाल लगता है, तो ऐसा लगता है कि प्रिया जी का भाव ठाकुर जी पर आ गया है*। फिर चंद्रावली जी का भाव, फिर ललिता का भाव, फिर विशाखा का भाव, चंपक लता जी का भाव, चित्रा, तुंगविद्या, इंदुलेखा, रंग देवी, सुदेवी,सभी एक-एक रंग से युक्त हैं और ऐसे रंग रंगीले हमारे ठाकुर जी हैं
रंगों का यह त्यौहार, ग्रह, नक्षत्र, वार, हमारे अंतश:चक्र, हमारे स्वभाव, हमारे प्रभाव, हमारे योग, संयोग, वियोग और इसके साथ-साथ हमारे भीतर यह जो विशुद्ध वृंदावन रस की भावना है, किसी भी दृष्टि से इसके रंगों के स्वरूप को समझा जा सकता है।

The significance of different colors in the Divine
The word ‘Rang’ or color has many meanings. In one sense, it signifies war, another is enthusiasm, yet another is, Samadhi’ or meditative absorption and also influence, as we generally say, ‘Iss pey uska rang chadha gaya hai’, meaning the this person is influenced by so and so.
When something which is spoilt, by coloring it conceals the defect if minor in nature. If a new color is dyed on a colored fabric, an entirely different shade is seen. Thus, the different influences and impressions we recieve, leave an imprint on our psyche. Color is also connected with struggle and spiritual practice. Yellow stands for energy, vitality and joy.
Color is not just an outward expression but is has deeper spiritual connotations. In yoga, our subtle existence has different Chakras and each Chakra is represented by a different color. The one who has mastered and harmonized all the Chakras is called ‘Chakrapani’, the one who holds the divine discus.
Lord Krishna’s ‘Tribhanga’ posture also embodies profound yogic symbolism. Each of the three bends signify the three ‘Bandhas’ practiced in spiritual practice. Like the bend waist represents the ‘Moola-Bandha’. His gestures have divine significance. As our concentration deepens, we experience divine ecstasy.
So, the ‘Chakras’ have an intrinsic relation with objects, actions, and time.
Different days of the week are indicated by different colors. Shree Thakurji is adorned by different colors as per this variation. Srila Gopal Bhatt Goswamipada has prescribed different colors for the ‘Poshak’ of Shree Radha Ramanji and this is strictly adhered to till this day.
During the Holi festival, Shree Thakurji wears multi colored dresses. According to the ‘Pushthi Marga’, there are eight different colors and each represents the ‘Ashta-Sakhis’. Each of them embody a distinct spiritual nature.
Like, green represents peace and serenity. Blue stands for infinity and harmony. The endless sky and the vast ocean appear Blue from a distance, though the water is colorless.
Yellow radiates energy, enthusiasm and happiness. It fills the heart with vigor. The famous line, ‘MERA RANG DEY BASANTI CHOLA’ fills our hearts with a spirit of zeal and sacrifice. Shree Krishna delights in Spring which is represented by Yellow.
During the ‘Sharad Poornima’, white is the predominant color representing the Moonlight. Shree Radha Rani and the Gopis are all dressed in white representing the radiance of the Moon. While, Shree Krishna adorns yellow, expressing Divine Bliss.
Red represents depth, dignity and solemnity. It is sacred and holds importance in our weddings.
White stands for purity, stability and sanctity. It is Divinely beautiful representing simplicity and refinement.
Saffron, stands for courage, heroism and spiritual strength. It holds significance for valor, inner strength and noble sacrifice.
During Holi, the air is filled with Gulal representing Shree Radha Rani’s divine love.
The ‘Ashta-Sakhis’ namely ‘Chandravali, Lalita, Vishakha, Champaklata, Chitra, Tungavidya, Indulekha, Rangadevi and Sudevi’. They all have distinct colors attached to each one of them and they adorn their Lordships in myriad hues.
The festival of colors is not just an external playing of colors. It combines and represents a harmony between the planets, constellations, different days of the week, the inner Chakras, our innate disposition, the spiritual influence, the state of the union with the Divine and above all the ‘Vrindavan Bhava Rasa’ that dwell within our hearts.
From whatever angle we see it, every color reveals the different facets of the divinity of Shree Krishna.
