श्रीराधारानी के ममत्व का स्वरूप ही तो गुरु में है। दुनिया में जितने भी संत हैं वह सब किशोरी जी के विभाग के हैं। राधारानी के ही डिपार्टमेंट के संत हैं दुनिया भर में। वो अपना ही स्वभाव जब देती हैं तभी संतत्व की जागृति होती है।
गोविंद का स्वभाव भगवन्त जैसा है और किशोरी जू का स्वभाव संत जैसा है। इसलिए किशोरीजु जब अपने स्वभाव का ही अंश कहीं दे देती हैं तो उसमें ही संतत्व की जागृति हो जाती है और श्यामसुंदर किसी को अपना अंश दे देते हैं तो उसमें भगवंत की जागृति हो जाती है। और एक बात तो प्रसिद्ध है ही है,
संत और भगवत दोनों बैठे हो तो बलिहारी गुरु आपकी गोविंद दियो मिलाय।। संत और भगवंत बैठे हो तो सबसे पहले संत के ही पांव पखारना। क्योंकि संत के पैर छुए तो संत के हृदय में बैठे श्यामसुंदर के पर तो अपने आप ही छु जाएंगे।
वो अगर मंगल मूर्ति है तो यह मंगल भवन हैं। इस भवन के अंदर मूर्ति स्वयं बैठी हुई है। जब आप ठाकुरजी को प्रणाम करते हो तो केवल ठाकुरजी को प्रणाम होता है पर जब आप किसी संत को प्रणाम करते हो तो संत के साथ-साथ उसके हृदय में बैठे श्याम सुंदर को भी प्रणाम होगा।

The motherly affection of Shree Radha Rani’s swaroop is there in the Guru. All the Saints basically are a part of Shree Kishoriju’s department! All the Saints all over the world are a part and parcel of Shree Radha Rani’s department. When out of her sheer grace, she grants her own nature only then does one attain sainthood.
Shree Govind’s nature is that of the Almighty and Shree Kishoriju’s nature is that of a Saint! That is why when Shree Kishoriju imparts even a wee bit of her nature then it gives rise to sainthood and when Shree Shyamsunder imparts a bit of his nature then Godliness arises in the person. One more thing is very well known and i.e.,
When the Saint and Bhagwant both are sitting then thanks to my Guru who introduced me to Govind! When the Saint and Bhagwant are together then first wash the holy feet of the saint. Because, when you wash the divine lotus feet of the Saint then you automatically wash Shree Shyamsunder’s Divine Lotus Feet because He is seated in the Saint’s heart!
If He is Mangal Murti then the saint is Mangal Bhawan! The idol is already installed in this Bhawan already! When you offer Pranams to Shree Thakurji then your Pranams are only directed towards Shree Thakurji but when you offer your Pranams to the Saint then your Pranams are offered to both the Saint as well as Shree Shyamsundar who is seated in his heart!
