Every sorrow has joy hidden inside, in other words every problem has its solution within. The criterion being, we should know how to crack it! There is spring waiting to flow beneath the boulder and vice-versa. This is the Sutra. Many a times joy encapsulates sorrow or the joy lies at the core of misery.
You need to develop the understanding or discretion to unearth the spring from beneath so that you can stand on the boulder and bathe in the flowing Ganges. Planting your foot firmly on the head of sorrow experience the joy within. Have the valour to face the challenges life throws at you, split the boulders to let out the spring of joy!

हर दुःख में सुख छुपा होता है हर समस्या में सुख है। बस हमें उस तक पहुँचना आना चाहिए। हर चट्टान के नीचे झरना है और हर झरने के नीचे चट्टान है। ये सूत्र है। कई बार सुख के भीतर दुःख छुपा रहता है और दुख के भीतर सुख छुपा रहता है।
हमारा विवेक तभी तो चाहिए कि आप चट्टानों से परेशान न हो पर चट्टानों पर खड़े होकर गंगा मे स्नान कीजिए। दुःख पर खड़े होकर सुख का अनुभव कीजिए। और कई बार दुःख के पर्वत सामने खड़े हो तो उन पर्वतों को फोड़कर सुख की नदिया बहा दीजिए।
।।परमाराध्य पूज्य श्रीसद्गुरु भगवान जु।।
प्रत्येकं दुःखे निगूढं सुखं भवति, प्रत्येकं समस्यायां सुखं भवति। अस्माभिः केवलं ज्ञातव्यं यत् कथं तत् प्राप्तुं शक्यते। प्रत्येकं शिलाया अधः जलप्रपातः अस्ति, प्रत्येकं जलप्रपातस्य अधः शिला अस्ति। इति सूत्रम् । बहुवारं सुखस्य अन्तः निगूढं भवति सुखं च दुःखस्य अन्तः निगूढं तिष्ठति।
अस्माकं अन्तःकरणं तादृशं भवेत् यत् भवन्तः शिलाभिः न व्याकुलाः भवेयुः अपितु शिलासु स्थित्वा गङ्गायाः स्नानं कुर्वन्तु। दुःखस्य उपरि स्थित्वा सुखस्य अनुभवं कुरुत। कदाचित् च यदा पुरतः शोकपर्वताः स्थिताः सन्ति तदा तान् पर्वतान् भङ्गयित्वा सुखनद्यः प्रवाहयन्तु।
