*कथा सूत्र*
*मनमाध्वगौडेश्वर वैष्णवाचार्य श्री पुंडरीक गोस्वामी जी महाराज*
भगवान की सबसे पहली है *माया शक्ति*
माया शक्ति से भगवान संसार का निर्माण करते हैं। भगवान सारी सामग्री को जोड़कर जिससे संसार का निर्माण करते हैं, उसे माया शक्ति कहते हैं।
दूसरी शक्ति है *तटस्थता शक्ति*। तटस्थता शक्ति से भगवान इस जीव का निर्माण करते हैं। जैसे कोई नदी का घाट नदी के अंदर भी रहता है और नदी के बाहर भी रहता है। ऐसे ही तटस्थता शक्ति का उपयोग करके भगवान जीव का निर्माण करते हैं।और जीव ऐसा है कि संसार के अंदर भी रह सकता है, और सही कर्म करें, तो परमात्मा के पास भी रह सकता है। अब जीव स्वतंत्र है कि वह उसका किस प्रकार से उपयोग करता है। जीव के भीतर ईश्वरीय शक्ति का प्रवाह दौड़ रहा है। वह उसे स्वार्थ करके केवल जन्म मृत्यु के चक्कर में फंसना चाहता है, कि परमार्थ करके जन्म मृत्यु के चक्कर से निवृत होकर साक्षात अपने वास्तविक तत्व में प्रवेश करना चाहता है।
तीसरी है *स्वरूप शक्ति* एक शक्ति से भगवान संसार का निर्माण करते हैं जो हमारे सामने प्रतीत हो रही है। जैसे एक व्यक्ति को बुलाकर पूरा पांडाल तैयार करवाया गया, दूसरी सूचना बिठाकर आप सबको बुलाया गया, और तीसरा दास व्यास पीठ पर बैठकर आप सबको कथा सुन रहा है। एक श्रोता है यह तटस्थता शक्ति है यह व्यवस्था के लिए नहीं है पर व्यवस्था से उनको आराम है। व्यवस्था की गई है आप सब अपनी अवस्था में बैठे हैं। और हम श्री ठाकुर जी के चरणों में बैठकर आपको कथा सुना रहे हैं। इसलिए *व्यास स्वरूप शक्ति है* यह भगवान की अंतरंग शक्ति है जिसके द्वारा स्वयं को प्रकट करते हैं। माया का उपयोग करके अपने स्वरूप का प्राकट्य नहीं करते, अपनी अंतरंग शक्ति से अपने स्वरूप का प्रकट करते हैं।

Katha-Sutra:
‘Maya-Shakti’ is the first potent energy of the Lord. This is the source of all creation. The world is the created through Maya.
The second is known as ‘Tattasthata-Shakti’. Through this the Divine creates the ‘Jeeva’. The river bank is both, within and without the river. In the same way the Jeeva is a part of the creation and through right actions can be with the Divine. The Jeeva has the liberty to choose and decide. The Divine energy flows through the Jeeva. The choice is whether he wants to be stuck in the rut of birth and death by being selfish or wants the welfare of the others and thereby going ahead and merging with the Divine.
The third Divine energy is known as ‘Swaroop-Shakti’. This energy creates the world which we see. Like, someone is deputed to make this Pandal, another is responsible for informing the people about the Katha and the speaker or the ‘Katha-Vyasa’ is narrating the Katha. The listener represents the ‘Tattasthata-Shakti’ and all the arrangements are made to provide comfort and facilitate the ‘Shravan’ or listening.
I am seated at the Lotus Feet of Shree Thakurji and narrating the Katha.
So, Vyasa is the ‘Swaroop-Shakti’, the innermost Divine potency of the Lord through which He incarnates.
Maya represents His creative energy and through the innermost energy creates His Swaroopa.
