इस संसार में हमारा जन्म होता है पर जब भगवान की चर्चा करते हैं तो भगवान का अवतार होता है। अवतर्णिका शब्द से अवतार शब्द का प्रयोग किया। एक आदमी कहीं नीचे गड्ढे में गिर जाए और दूसरा आदमी उस गड्ढे में उतर जाय, इन दोनों क्रियाओं में बहुत फर्क होता है। पहला व्यक्ति गिरता है और दूसरा व्यक्ति उसको बचाने के लिए उतरता है।
गिरते समय निर्णय नहीं होता, पर उतरते समय निर्णय छिपा हुआ होता है।
इसलिए जब कोई जन्म लेता है तो वो निर्णय करके नहीं लेता। नहीं तो सब अमेरिका ही पैदा हों, यहाँ क्यों हो। सब उसी घर में पैदा हो जहाँ आप चाहो, और कहीं क्यों पैदा हों। सभी चाहेंगे।
ये एक इस पूरी व्यवस्था का मूलभूत सिद्धांत है। Concept है। ये ध्यान रखियेगा।

श्री पुण्डरीक जी सूत्र (०७-०७-२०२३)
वयं अस्मिन् जगति जायन्ते किन्तु यदा वयं ईश्वरस्य विषये वदामः तदा ईश्वरस्य अवतारः एव। अवतार्णिकाशब्दात् अवतारशब्दः प्रयुक्तः । एकस्य गर्ते पतितस्य अपरस्य तस्मिन् गर्ते पतने च बहु भेदः भवति । प्रथमः पतति द्वितीयः च तं तारयितुं अधः कूर्दति।
पतन् निर्णयः नास्ति, किन्तु अवतरन् निर्णयः निगूढः भवति।
अत एव यदा कश्चित् जन्मयति तदा सः निर्णयं कृत्वा न गृह्णाति। अन्यथा सर्वेषां अमेरिकादेशे जन्म भवेत्, अत्र किमर्थम् ? यत्र इच्छसि तत्रैव सर्वे जायन्ते, किमर्थं च अन्यत्र जन्म कर्तव्यम् । सर्वेषां इष्टम्
एषः एव अस्य समग्रस्य व्यवस्थायाः मूलभूतः सिद्धान्तः । कल्पना। एतत् मनसि धारयिष्यति।

A human takes birth in the world but when we talk about the Almighty, He incarnates or takes an Avatar. The word Avatar has come from the original word ‘Avatarnika’. If a man falls in a pit while another man goes down to the bottom of the pit, they are two entirely different things. In the first scenario, the man falls in the pit while in the second, the person goes down to pull him out!
Falling cannot be pre-determined but climbing down is by choice or after a thought!
Therefore, when one is born, that person cannot decide to take birth otherwise, everyone might choose to born in the USA, why here? Or, you decide in which household you want to be born and not anywhere else. If that be the case, then everyone will make a choice to their liking.
This is the basic principle of this entire arrangement. It is the concept! Please keep this in mind!
