ब्रज में लीला करने वाले भगवान वो भगन से युक्त नहीं है। इनके भग भी रसात्मक भग है। ये उत्पत्तिम् विनाशम्, अगतिम् गतिम्, विद्याम् अविद्याम् ये छः गुणों से युक्त भगवान का ब्रजवासियों को कोई काम नहीं है।
ठाकुरजी की ऐश्वर्यता कोई रास नहीं है ब्रजवासियों को। कोई देखकर भी न देखे। श्री पाद श्रीरूपगोस्वामीजी कह रहे हैं- इतने बड़े गिरिराजजी को श्रीकृष्ण ने उठा लिया उसके बाद भी ब्रजवासी उसमें डंडे लगा रहे हैं, कि लाला! तु हाथ हटाय ले, हम उठाय लेंगे।
तुम्हारे सामने कोई बालक इतना बड़ा पहाड़ उठा ले तो क्या तुम डंडा लगाओगे? कहोगे- लाओ भैया इसके पाँव धो लूँ यामे देवता घुस गयो है।
ठाकुरजी की ऐश्वर्यता किसी को रास नहीं आती। ब्रज में ऐश्वर्यता नहीं है। ऐश्वर्यता है पर वो स्वभावगत है, वो प्रधान विषय नहीं है। तल में बैठी हुई है। द्वारपाल की तरह खड़ी हुई है। जहाँ जरूरत पड़ी, ठाकुरजी भगवत्ता की कोट पहन लेते हैं। पर यहाँ उसे प्रमाणित करने की जरूरत नहीं है।
ठाकुरजी को यहाँ अपनी भगवत्ता प्रमाणित करने की जरूरत नहीं है। ये नन्द भवन को जो भूषण है वो ईशन को ईश है, ब्रह्म को भी ब्रह्म है।

The ‘Bhagwan’ who is performing His Leela in Braj is not one who has any ‘Bhag’ per se! Even His ‘Bhag’ are filled with the Divine rasa. The Lord adorned with the Guna, ‘Uttpattim vinaashannam, agattim gattim, viddyam aviddyam’, the ‘Brajwasis’ have nothing to do with Him!
The super human powers of Shree Thakurji are not what the ‘Brajwasis’ want! Shree Pada Roopa ‘Goswamiji’ says; ‘Even after Shree Krishna lifted the Giriraj on His little finger, the ‘Brajwasis’ are extending support by putting their sticks, hands etc, and say, “Lala! You can remove your hand; we will manage to lift it on our own”!’
If a child lifts up a mountain in front of you, will you try and support him by using your sticks? You will say, ‘Come! Let us wash His feet because some Deva seems to have entered his body’!
The glory of Shree Thakurji is not liked by anyone! His glory or divinity does not find a place in Braj. There is a natural divinity for sure but it is not the most important aspect! It is underlying! It stands like the doorman. Whenever He needs the services, Shree Thakurji puts on the coat of divinity! But there is no need to prove them here!
Shree Thakurji does not need to prove His divinity here. The jewel of ‘Nand Bhavan’ is the Lord of all Lords, He is the Brahman of all the Brahmans!
