कई बार हम प्रयास करके सफलता के अनुभव तक पहुंच जाते हैं ,और कई बार ऐसा अभ्यास नहीं करते तो जीवन में दूसरी समस्या आती है। और गीता ने उसके लिए दूसरा सूत्र दिया है दूसरे अध्याय में।
लाइफ में दूसरी सबसे बड़ी प्रॉब्लम है जिसका solution है *Accepting the change*। जैसे सर्दी गर्मी बारिश मौसम change होता है, ऐसे ही लाइफ की situation रोज change होती है अगर आप उसके लिए तैयार नहीं हो तो जीवन में कष्ट तो होगा ही इसलिए परिवर्तन के लिए तैयार रहे अगर हम किसी चीज के लिए expect रखते हैं जीवन में सुख है तो कभी उम्मीद रखिए कि दुख भी हो सकता है और कई बार अगर उसे उम्मीद के हिसाब से काम नहीं होता तो लाइफ में मुसीबत आ सकती है।

If we are ready to accept the change, there is harmony but instead of acceptance we start expecting then it leads to pain when the expectations are not met!
