*तृतीय सूत्र*
गीता तीसरा सूत्र कहती है anger management के ऊपर जो की सबसे खतरनाक है जोर से बोलना angry नहीं है अनुशासन भी अच्छा होता है सब मेरी ही बात माने यह अहंकार कहीं ना कहीं क्रोध का केंद्र है हमारे पास सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन है। Anger में danger से सिर्फ एक ही अक्षर कम है। आप अंगारे को दूसरे के ऊपर फेंकोगे तो फेंकते समय आपका हाथ भी जलेगा गीता इसके प्रति सूत्र कहती है क्रोध हमारे जीवन के सोचने की ताकत को खत्म कर देता है। तीसरा सूत्र है *Respond rather than react*.

Bhagavad Gita, Third Sutra:
The third Sutra of the Bhagavad Gita is about anger management. Anger is pretty dangerous and its control is necessary but we need to know the root cause of anger. It arises out of ‘Ahankar’ or Ego. Between Anger and Danger there is a difference of only one letter. Anger is like a burning coal which when hurled at the other person eventually singes our hand! In anger, we lose the power of thinking or discrimination.
So, the third Sutra is, ‘Respond rather than react’!
