*चतुर्थ सूत्र*
चौथा सूत्र गीता कहती है जब हम अपने emotions intellect के द्वारा कंट्रोल नहीं कर पाए जैसे इंजन wrong ड्राइवर के हाथ में लग जाए तो एक्सीडेंट हो जाता है गाड़ी बहुत सुपरफास्ट है कभी-कभी आपने अगर देखा हो SUV चलने वाले को अगर छोटी गाड़ी दो तो वह टर्न ऐसे ही करेगा जैसे SUV करती है तब एक बहुत बड़ी SITUATION खड़ी होती है गीता का चौथा सूत्र यही कहता है वह *self doubt* आज जीवन में बहुत बड़ी situation है stressका एक बहुत बड़ा reason है self doubt जैसे अर्जुन को self doubt हो गया था वह अर्जुन जो अकेला पूरे कौरवों को लड़ चुका था आज इस groud के बीच में खड़ा था वह सब कुछ जानता था पर फिर भी self doubt पर था श्री कृष्ण यह श्लोक कहते हैं संशयात्मा विनश्यति आजकल आदमी तीन चीज ही पसंद करता है या doubt या crowd या proud दुनिया में कहीं भी चले जाओ यह तीन चीज ही मिलेगी और self doubt की after research एक बहुत बड़ी situation खड़ी हुई है imposter syndrome उसके बारे में हम सब अच्छी तरह जानते हैं जीवन में पूरी सफलता पाने के बाद भी संशय बना रहता है कि हम और ज्यादा सफल हो जाए हर स्टेज पर आपको एक अलग variety मिलेगी हर जगह आपको एक imposter syndrome जरूर मिलेगा, competition मिलेगा कहीं ना कहीं हमारे भीतर *संशयात्मा विनश्यति* self doubtको खड़ा करता है इससे हमें ऊपर उठना है।

Bhagavad Gita, Fourth Sutra:
When the engine driver is careless, the possibility of a mishap becomes greater. At times we notice that a person who is used to driving a SUV, when he drives a smaller car, he finds it a bit awkward. At such a moment a situation arises which is called ‘Self Doubt’. These days we hear a lot about stress and one of the principal reasons for it is self doubt. We get to see it very glaringly in the Mahabharata when a great warrior like Arjuna is seeped in self doubt seeing the Kauravas lined up in war. Seeing this despondent state, Shree Krishna says, ‘Sanshayatma Vinashyati’. These days we see people either living in doubt or crowd or in false pride. After a lot of research about the syndrome of self doubt, it has been seen that people suffer from a very peculiar condition called ‘imposter syndrome’, wherein even after attaining success there is a hankering for more and the fear of competition to overtake the competitor.
Therefore, the fourth Sutra is, ‘Rise above self doubt’!
