गुरुदेव महाराज कहते हैं कि बाल्यावस्था हो तो कृष्ण जैसी, युवावस्था हो तो श्री राम जैसी, और प्रौढ़ अवस्था हो तो महादेव जैसी। महादेव सबके पास रहते हुए भी मस्त रहते हैं ।खोपड़ी पर गंगा, मतलब खोपड़ी ठंडी। उसके बाद भी गला गर्म ,मतलब जो जरूरत पड़ जाए तो हम अनुशासन करने को भी तैयार हैं। पार्वती को ऊपर से नीचे तक सजा कर रखते हैं, पर खुद मस्त बैठते हैं। आपकी प्रौढ़ावस्था ऐसी हो, जिसके पास बैठें ,विरोधियों को भी अपनत्व का एहसास होना चाहिए। मूषक और सर्प भी एक साथ बैठते हैं। नंदी और सिंह भी एक साथ बैठते हैं। बाल्यावस्था हो तो श्याम सुंदर जैसी, आनंद में डूबी हुई, इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि चोरी शुरू कर दें।यह चोरी का अर्थ यह है भी नहीं। युवावस्था हो तो श्री राम जैसी। युवावस्था कैसी हो इस बात का रघुनाथ ने प्रमाण दिया है, उसका मार्गदर्शन किया है। और उसके बाद जब प्रौढ़ अवस्था आए तो महादेव हो जाओ।

Guru Maharaj says that our childhood should be like Shree Krishna, youth like Shree Rama and adulthood like Lord Shiva. Mahadeva is the embodiment of Sadchiddananda. The holy Ganga flows through His matted locks which indicates that He is cool headed. With the dreaded poison in the throat indicates that whenever needed, He also disciplines. Mata Parvati is adorned with finery from head to toe but He remains simple and ever carefree. Our maturity should be such that wherever we sit even among those who are opposed to us, our presence is noticed and respected. In Mahadeva’s abode, the mouse, the snake and the peacock, as well as the Lion and Nandi stay together in Harmony.
Our childhood should be filled with fun and frolic like Shree Shyamsundar. His stealing of butter from the house of the Gopis is a part of His Divine Leela. It does not mean that we should also start stealing. Shree Rama teaches us the values and high moral to be followed in youth whereas,
Mahadeva teaches us how to live in old age!
