*मनमाध्वगौडेश्वर वैष्णवाचार्य श्री पुंडरीक गोस्वामी जी महाराज*
गुरुदेव महाराज कहते हैं,कि भगवान जिसे पादुका देते हैं,वह उस लीला में उनका सबसे प्रिय पात्र होता है इसलिए रामलीला में सबसे प्रिय पात्र है,भरत। पादुका बड़ी ऊंची बात है, गुरु की पादुका की ही तो पूजा है। अत्यंत स्नेह से डूबकर गुरु अपनी पादुका किसी को दे देता है। कृष्ण लीला में वह पादुका भगवान ने उधो को दी है, क्योंकि उधो ही ऐसा था जिसने वृंदावन में भी कृष्ण लीला का आनंद लिया, और द्वारिका में भी श्री कृष्ण के साथ रहा। और वही एक ऐसा था यदुवंशियों में सब तो समुद्र में चले गए, पर उधो श्री कृष्ण की पादुका लेकर बद्रीनाथ में विराजे हैं। और गौर लीला में वही पादुका श्रीमन महाप्रभु ने विष्णु प्रिया जी को दी है। इस धामेश्वर में गौर महाप्रभु विराजमान है, और अभी भी उनके मंगलमय पादुकाओं का दर्शन होता है।

Katha-Sutra:
Guru Maharaj says that in the Divine Leela, the one who receives the ‘CHARAN PAADUKA’ of Shree Thakurji, happens to be a very important participant of the Leela. Like we see in the RAMAYANA, Shree Bharat is given the Padukaji and undoubtedly, he is most dear of Shree Rama and an integral part of this Leela.
‘SHREEYAM PADUKAHA’, the Paduka holds an exalted place in our Guru Parampara.
When the Sadguru’s grace overflows, it breaches all bounds and the disciple is blessed with the Padukaji. In the Krishna Leela, Shree Uddhavji is the recipient of this Divine gift. Shree Udho has seen the Krishna Leela in Shree Dham Vrindavan and was also there in Shree Dwarika. All the others of the Yadu clan perished, but he alone took the Paduka and went to Shree Badrinath Dham for Tapasya.
In the Gaur Leela, Shree Mahaprabhuji gave the Padukaji to Shree Vishnupriyaji. Shree Gaur Mahaprabhuji’s Padukaji are enshrined till this day at Dhameshwar and we get the darshsan.
