*मनमाध्वगौडेश्वर वैष्णवाचार्य श्री पुंडरीक गोस्वामी जी महाराज*
*क्या भगवान आपके दोष देखते हैं* गुरुदेव महाराज कहते हैं कि भगवान आपके दोष देखते ही नहीं हैं। जैसे कई लोग पूछते हैं, कि ठाकुर जी बुरा तो नहीं मान जाएंगे। यह माला छूट गई, अब क्या करेंगे? अगर वह दोष देखते हैं, तो वह भगवान ही नहीं है। अगर दोष दिख गया, तो क्या वह ईश्वर होने योग्य होगा? धर्मराज को दिखते होंगे आपके दोष, वह उनके व्यवधान की व्यवस्था है। पर राम को किसी के दोष नहीं दिखते। ठाकुर जी बैठकर इतना हिसाब बनाएंगे क्या? जो सर्वव्यापक ब्रह्म हो, उसके लिए क्या गुण, क्या दोष? सच कह रहा हूं, भगवान को आपके दोस्त नहीं दिखते। आपकी बुराइयां नहीं दिखती। जब एक महात्मा हो जाए, वह एक गाली देने वाले का बुरा नहीं मान सकता, तो भगवान कैसे मानेंगे? भगवान बुद्ध जा रहे थे, पीछे से एक व्यक्ति गाली दे रहा था। आनंद बोला कि भगवान यह आपको गाली दे रहा है। भगवान बोले, यह दे रहा है, मैं ले ही नहीं रहा हूं। मैं कोई भिखारी नहीं हूं, कि जो मर्जी लेता फिरुं। जब एक महात्मा को आपके दोष नहीं दिख रहे तो परमात्मा को कहां से दिखेंगे? ठाकुर जी को तो सिर्फ गुण ही दिखते हैं, और गनीमत है कि भगवान ने अपना स्वभाव ऐसा रखा है, तभी तो एक छोटे से गुण पर भी रीझ जाते हैं। क्या था शबरी में ,एक बेर ही तो तोड़कर खड़ी थी दरवाजे पर। त्रिलोकी का नाथ उसके दरवाजे पर आकर खड़ा हो गया।

Does God pay attention to our shortcomings?
Gurudeva explains that God is oblivious of our shortcomings. Many people question whether God will get annoyed? I could not do my daily routine of doing the number of Malas, so what will happen?
If the Divine only focuses on our faults then, I am sorry, He is not God! Anyone who only sees the faults in others can He be God? Dharmaraj will notice because that is a part of his duty. But Shree Rama never sees anyone’s faults. Does He have so much of time to only notice our shortcomings? For the Almighty Brahman there is nothing wrong nor right!
To tell you the truth, our faults are too insignificant for Him to notice.
If a Saint doesn’t mind or care for abuses then will the Almighty care?
Lord Buddha was passing and a person hurled abuses at Him. Anand said, ‘Bhagwann, he is abusing you’. To which Buddha replied that whatever he is giving, I am not accepting it. I am not a beggar that will go on taking what people give.
If a Mahatma is unaffected by such things then will the Divine ever be? The Divine nature only sees good in everything. This is the peculiarity of the Divine nature that He rejoices seeing even a wee-bit of goodness in us. What quality did Shabari have, she was waiting to offer Him half eaten berries. Her devotion attracted the Divine to her doorstep.
Total devotion is what God sees!
