*मनमाधवगौडेश्वर वैष्णवाचार्य श्री पुंडरीक गोस्वामी जी महाराज*
*मन की स्थिति* गुरुदेव महाराज कहते हैं कि मन को अगर नियंत्रित कर लें तो वह सबसे बड़ा मित्र है। और मन अगर नियंत्रण में ना हो, तो उससे बड़ा शत्रु कोई नहीं है। मन के हारे हार है, मन के जीते जीत। गुरुदेव महाराज बताते हैं, कि एक प्रसंग में एक माता के दोनों बच्चे स्लाईम से खेल रहे थे, और कैसे एक बच्चे के हाथ से स्लाईम मिट्टी में गिरी, और वह फेंकनी पड़ी। और दूसरे बच्चे की स्लाईम से सोने के इयरिंग के पेच को ढूंढने में सफलता मिली। मन का रूप भी ऐसा ही है वह टू मच स्टिकी है। बड़ी बात यह है कि मन के अंदर जो स्टिकीनेस है ,उसमें सबसे ज्यादा मेमोरी किस बात की है? अगर उसके अंदर हमने काम, क्रोध, लोभ, मोह, मद, मातस्रय, की गंदगी भर रखी है, तो वह मन नहीं है ,डस्टबिन है। भगवान कहते हैं इसको फेंक दो, इसका क्या करना है? इस पूरे ब्रह्मांड में कहीं ना कहीं, उसे सोने के पेंच की तरह परमात्मा छुपा हुआ है। यह मन वो माध्यम बन सकता है, जिसके द्वारा अच्छे से अच्छा अभ्यास करके इसको ट्रेंड किया जा सकता है, कि यह उसके गिरे हुए छुपे हुए, पेच को ढूंढने में सहायता करें।

The state of mind
Gurudeva Maharaj explains that if we know how to control the mind, it becomes our best friend and if it is out of control then it becomes the greatest enemy.
‘MANN KAY HAAREY HAAR HAI, MANN KAY JEETEY JEET’.
Two children were playing with their respective slime clay. One child’s slime fell down in the mud and had to be discarded. Whereas, the other was useful in trying to trace the screw of the golden earring. The nature of our mind is also such, it is too sticky. If the mind is filled with Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada or Matsarya then it is akin to a dustbin. The Lord asks us to throw away these unwanted things. In this creation the Divine is interspersed but is not visible like the screw of the ear top. Our mind can be trained to act like a magnet in order to attract the hidden Divinity.
